Who We Are
KTL Tuition is part of the Kidz Therapy family.
We started organically when Marie Kelly (founder of both KTL Tuition and Kidz Therapy) found that Kidz Therapy clients frequently asked for recommendations of good local tutors. As an Educational Psychologist, former teacher and tertiary lecturer, Marie knew she had the experience and expertise to put together a first-rate tuition service.
We found immediate success in the local Mt Albert community. Then, soon after our launch, word of our services spread and we began helping students from throughout New Zealand.
Since our beginnings in 2009, we’ve helped thousands of students build confidence and realise their full academic potential.
What We Do
We understand that sometimes students need a little extra help to reach their full academic potential.
Not all students thrive in a traditional classroom environment. Our tuition services are one-on-one sessions that are tailored to the individual needs of your child. Through these sessions with our highly skilled tutors, your student will develop the study methods they need for ongoing success.
We offer in person and online tuition in a range of NCEA and CIE subjects Years 7 - 13 and can also tutor tertiary students on request.
